Our screenplay generator works interactively — you approve each section before the next generates. By completing generation and receiving your screenplay you confirm the product has been delivered and accepted.
Due to this interactive approval process and the instant digital delivery of AI generated content, refunds are not available once your screenplay has been generated.
Exception
If a technical error on our side prevented generation from completing — contact us at support@storiestoscripts.com within 7 days. We will regenerate your script or issue a full refund.
We believe in treating customers fairly. If something went wrong on our side we will make it right.
